Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer acquisition and increasing the branch’s sustainable portfolio.
- Identify new business locations and source potential customers.
- Add new customers and maintain relationships.
- Collect loan instalments from customers on scheduled dates after disbursement.
- Ensure timely collection and field follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum PUC / 10+2 pass.
- Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Driving Requirement: A valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Language: Must be fluent in the local language.
2. Branch Head
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development and branch growth.
- Manage branch operations and daily activities.
- Train, supervise, and manage branch staff.
- Lead a team of CSEs, CSOs, and MIS Officers.
- Report to Cluster Head and Regional Manager.
- Ensure compliance with audit observations and company policies.
- Willing to travel extensively for business activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years or more experience in a Microfinance Institution.
- Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills required.
