Education Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed the 10th Class/SSC examination under the 10+2 system from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
- Additionally, applicants must possess an ITI Certificate in the relevant trade issued by an institute recognized by the NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) or SCVT (State Council for Vocational Training).

Candidates must have ITI certification in any of the following trades:
- AC Mechanic
- Carpenter
- COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant)
- Diesel Mechanic
- Electrician

Important Notes
- Candidates must possess the required educational qualification at the time of submitting the online application.
- Engineering graduates and diploma holders are not eligible to apply under this Act Apprentice notification, as they fall under a separate apprenticeship training scheme.
Application Fee:
- Application Mode: Candidates must apply online only through the RRC/SCR official portal. Applications submitted through offline mode will not be accepted.
- Application Dates: The SCR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 online application will be available from 12 March 2026 (05:00 PM) and will remain open until 11 April 2026 (11:59 PM).
- Application Fee: Applicants belonging to General, OBC, and other applicable categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹100. However, SC, ST, Female/Transgender, and PwBD candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
