- Other trades: Male – 1.6 km (10 min), Female – 1.6 km (12 min)
- Pioneer: Male – 1.6 km (9 min)
- PST: Height, Chest (Male), Weight
- Male: 170 cm | Female: 157 cm
- Chest (Male): 80 cm + 5 cm expansion
- CBT: 100 marks, 2 hours, 100 MCQs
- Reasoning, GK, Math, English/Hindi (25 each)

- Trade Test: Qualifying (50 marks, min 20)
