Educational Qualification

Medical Officer: BHMS/BAMS/BUMS degree with registration from the respective council. Completed internship is required.
Pharmacist: Two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (Allopathic) and registration with the West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
Staff Nurse: GNM qualification from an Indian Nursing Council-recognised institute and registration with the West Bengal Nursing Council.
Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal and able to read, write, and speak Bengali.

Age Limit

The age will be calculated as on 1 January 2026.
Medical Officer: Maximum 40 years
Pharmacist: 18–40 years
Staff Nurse: Maximum 40 years

Age relaxation will be applicable according to government rules.

Salary

Medical Officer: ₹32,000 per month
Pharmacist: ₹22,000 per month
Staff Nurse: ₹25,000 per month

Appointments are purely contractual under the National Health Mission (NHM).

Selection Process

Selection will be based on academic qualification marks, experience marks where applicable, and document verification. Staff Nurse candidates will receive marks for relevant clinical experience.
