Vacancies, Remuneration & Qualifications

The recruitment cycle targets administrative, para-medical, and ground support cadres to fulfill staffing lines across designated regional ECHS polyclinics:

Clerk / Data Entry Operator: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university OR Class I Clerical Trade certification from the Armed Forces, alongside practical computer software and database knowledge.
- Fixed Remuneration: ₹21,800/- per month.
Pharmacist: Passed Class 12 (10+2 standard with Science stream) + a regular Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institute + valid registration as a pharmacist.
- Fixed Remuneration: ₹36,500/- per month.
Laboratory Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) OR Class I Laboratory Course from the Armed Forces.
- Fixed Remuneration: ₹36,500/- per month.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) / Peon / Chowkidar: Passed Class 8 or Matriculation (Class 10) from a recognized school board.
- Fixed Remuneration: ₹21,800/- per month.

General Eligibility Prerequisites

Experience Requirements: All positions require a minimum of 3 to 5 years of active, practical work experience in the respective professional field.
Age Limit (Governed by ECHS Contractual Policy):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 53 to 56 Years (Depending on the specific administrative/technical trade tier).
Selection Preference: As per Ministry of Defence standing orders, primary preference across all advertised seats is strictly reserved for Ex-Servicemen (ESM). Civilian candidates are considered only if eligible ESM profiles are unavailable.

Important Dates

Application Form Submission Window Closes: 05 July 2026 to 10 July 2026 (Dates vary slightly depending on the specific regional Station Headquarters cell executing the circular. Applicants must check the local polyclinic notice boards.
Walk-In Interview & Document Screening: Scheduled between 15 July 2026 and 22 July 2026 (Commencing at 10:00 AM onwards for shortlisted applicants).

Selection Process

Application Screening: Preliminary review of received offline folders against mandatory age limits, academic markers, and the minimum 5-year experience milestone.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted applicants will receive direct communication to appear before the Station Selection Board for a walk-in viva-voce, assessing trade knowledge and physical fitness.
On-the-Job Training (OJT): In accordance with updated policy guidelines, selected candidates must complete a brief 10-day orientation/training period at a designated polyclinic before signing the final employment contract.

Complete all descriptive fields cleanly using block letters. Ensure you highlight past military or civil experience timelines.
Collate self-attested photocopies of your support records:
- Matriculation certificate (as proof of birth date).
- Graduation, intermediate, or technical trade diplomas/transcripts.
- Documented work experience logs explicitly verifying the necessary tenure.
- Identity proof documents (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card).
