Salary Structure

  • Remuneration Model: Remuneration is market-linked and completely negotiated at the interview phase. The final compensation package is structured based on individual qualifications, expert domain experience, and last drawn salary components. No fixed public sector pay matrix applies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Must possess a full-time regular B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electrical & Electronics engineering from a recognized institute/university; OR hold a regular Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.
  • Experience & Professional Norms:
    • Candidates must have extensive, highly specific post-qualification experience in senior leadership roles within Banking, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, or major IT/Tech organizations handling large-scale technology architecture.
    • Short-term tenures of less than 6 months in a single organization will not be counted toward the absolute experience calculation (unless it represents the candidate’s current ongoing employment).
  • Age Limit & Operational Boundaries:
    • The maximum age limit is governed by the absolute retirement ceiling for contract frameworks, where engagement fully ceases upon reaching 60 years of age or contract expiry, whichever is earlier.
    • Cut-Off Date: All eligibility conditions concerning age, qualifications, and relevant experience are assessed strictly as on 01 June 2026.
