Salary Structure
- Group ‘B’ Posts: Placed in Level-6 to Level-10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix (approximate base pay ranges from ₹35,400/- to ₹56,100/- per month plus applicable central allowances).
- Group ‘C’ Posts: Placed in Level-1 to Level-5 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (approximate base pay ranges from ₹18,000/- to ₹29,200/- per month plus applicable allowances like DA, HRA, and medical insurance support).
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational & Professional Qualifications (Post-Wise):
- Nursing Roles (SNO / Staff Nurse Grade-I): Must possess a B.Sc Nursing (4-year course) or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institute/university, paired with active registration as a Nurse & Midwife with the Central/State Nursing Council and required years of clinical experience.
- Pharmacist Roles: Must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university + valid pharmacist registration under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- General Group B & C Technical Roles: Class 10th pass, 12th pass, technical ITI certificates, specific diploma streams, or graduation degrees, depending entirely on the individual post criteria outlined in the Detailed Recruitment Advertisement (DRA).
- Age Limit (As of July 3, 2026):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years (21 years for certain specialized senior cadres)
- Maximum Age: Up to 35 to 45 Years (Post-wise variation applies)

- Computer-Based Test (CBT Written Exam): A standardized objective evaluation format:
- Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

- Negative Marking: A penalty deduction of 1/4th mark applies for every incorrect answer.
- Skill Test / Practical Test: Conducted wherever mandatory for specific typing, technical lab trades, or nursing competency profiles (purely qualifying in nature).
