Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.
The graduation result must have been declared between 1 April 2022 and 1 November 2026.
Applicants must also register on the NATS 2.0 portal and complete their profile before applying.
Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or have one year or more of work experience after completing their educational qualification are not eligible.

Age Limit

The age limit is 20 to 28 years as on 1 November 2026.

Minimum Age: 20 Years
Maximum Age: 28 Years

Age relaxation will be available for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and other eligible categories as per Government of India rules.

Monthly Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend according to the branch location:

Metro Branches: ₹15,000
Urban Branches: ₹15,000
Semi-Urban Branches: ₹12,300
Rural Branches: ₹12,300

The apprenticeship training period will be 12 months. This engagement is for training purposes and does not guarantee permanent employment in Indian Bank.

Application Fee

General / OBC / EWS: ₹800 + GST
SC / ST / PwBD: ₹175 + GST

The application fee must be paid online during the application process.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:

Online Written Examination
Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
Document Verification
Medical Fitness Verification
Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State or Union Territory for which they apply.
