Eligibility Criteria
This recruitment cycle targets active officers holding permanent service postings within the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Universities, or Autonomous Research Organizations.
- Post-Wise Qualifications & Experience:
- Senior Private Secretary: Must hold an analogous post regularly in the parent cadre, or possess a minimum of 2 years of regular service in Pay Level-6. A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Assistant Manager (IT): Must hold an analogous post regularly, or have completed 5 years of regular service in Pay Level-6. Academic prerequisites include a B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any engineering discipline, or an MCA.
- Assistant: Must hold an analogous post regularly, or have completed 10 years of regular service in Pay Level-4. A Bachelor’s degree, paired with at least three years of practical experience in administration, human resource development, or corporate governance, is required.
- Junior Assistant Grade-I: Must hold an analogous post regularly, or possess a specified term of regular service in Level-1, along with a Class 12 (10+2 Standard) pass or graduation degree.
- Age Limit (As of June 19, 2026):
- Maximum Age: 56 Years
- Note: The service records of candidates must be completely free from active disciplinary inquiries, vigilance cases, or poor APAR ratings.

Selection Process

- Submit the form digitally before the online cutoff on 19 June 2026 to generate your unique Application ID.
- Print the completed form out on plain paper and present it to your current employer/Cadre Controlling Authority.
- Instruct your parent department to attach the mandatory Annexures (Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, and self-attested APAR photocopies for the past 5 years).
