Indicative Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility status is strictly evaluated as of the absolute closing date of registration (31 July 2026).

  • Educational & Professional Qualifications (Post-Wise):
    • Research Officer (Unani): Post-Graduate Degree (MD/MS) in Unani Medicine from a recognized board/university and mandatory structural registration with NCISM/CCIM. Age limit: Not exceeding 40 Years.
    • Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing (Hons. or Regular) OR Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing with active registration as a Nurse & Midwife with a State Nursing Council; OR a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Diploma along with 1 year of practical experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital. Age limit: Maximum 35 Years.
    • Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT): Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science with 2 years of core laboratory field experience. Age limit: Maximum 35 Years.
    • Pharmacist / Compounder: Passed 10+2 with Science stream, a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), and active registration with the Central/State Pharmacy Council. Age limit: 18 to 25 Years.
    • Clerical Cadres (LDC/UDC): Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. LDC openings require standard automated computer typing validation speeds.
    • Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Passed Matriculation (Class 10th) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized school board. Age limit: 18 to 25 Years.

Application Fee Matrix

The processing tariff structure depends on the grouping tier of the targeted designation:

  • Group A Positions: ₹1,500/- for General/OBC candidates; ₹0 (Exempted) for SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Women/Ex-Servicemen.
  • Group B Positions (e.g., Staff Nurse): ₹1,000/- for General/OBC candidates; ₹0 (Exempted) for SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Women/Ex-Servicemen.
  • Group C Positions (e.g., Pharmacist/MTS): ₹1,000/- for General/OBC candidates; ₹0 (Exempted) for SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Women/Ex-Servicemen.
  • Payment Mode: Online transactions via integrated payment gateways (Net Banking, UPI, Credit/Debit cards).

Selection Process

The selection layout maps capabilities through specialized competitive examination filters:

  1. Online Written Examination (CBT): A mandatory online Computer-Based Test carrying 100 Marks. A penalty deduction of 0.25 marks applies for each wrong answer selection across all cadres, except for the MTS framework (which does not carry a negative marking weightage).
    • Group A Matrix: CBT counts for 70 Marks, followed by a personal interview carrying 30 Marks.
    • Group B & C Matrix: Selection relies strictly on the 100 Marks CBT scoring line.
  2. Skill / Trade Test: Applicable wherever technical mechanics are mandatory (e.g., typing challenges for LDC/Stenographer lines or professional nursing application checklists). This phase is purely qualifying in nature.
  3. Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination.
