Vacancies & Salary Details
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 16 Posts (Pay Level 2, 7th CPC Matrix)
- Hindi Typist: 8 Posts (Pay Level 2, 7th CPC Matrix)
- Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade): 4 Posts (Pay Level 2, 7th CPC Matrix)
Note: The remaining posts include Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), House Keeping Staff (HKS), Carpenter, Painter, Laundryman, Vulcaniser, Cook, and Mess Staff distributed across various Air Force Commands.
Educational Qualification:
- LDC / Hindi Typist: Class 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized board. Must have a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer.
- Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver: Class 10th (Matriculation) pass. Must hold a valid Civil Driving License for both light and heavy vehicles, possess knowledge of motor mechanisms, and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- MTS / Other Trades: Class 10th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (As of the last date of application). Age relaxation applies as per government guidelines (3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD).

How to Apply
- Look up Advertisement No. 01/2026 in the official Employment News (2–8 May 2026 issue) to locate the application form format and the specific postal addresses of the participating Air Force stations.
- Print the prescribed application form template clearly on a plain A4 sheet.
- Fill in the requested details by hand and attach self-attested copies of your qualification certificates, age proof, caste certificate, and experience documents.
- Enclose two recent passport-size photographs along with the form.
- Place the form and attachments inside an envelope. Clearly write “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [POST NAME] AND CATEGORY [YOUR CATEGORY]” across the top of the envelope cover.
- Dispatch your completed physical packet via Normal Post to the specific Air Force Station or Unit address handling the targeted vacancy before the deadline on 01 June 2026.
