Educational Qualification Requirements

Candidates must satisfy the specific post-wise academic prerequisites before applying:

  • For Clerk / Proof Reader:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University.
    • Basic knowledge of computer operations and English typing proficiency (30 WPM).
  • For Junior Office Assistant (JOA-IT):
    • B.Tech / B.Sc. in IT/CS OR BCA OR Graduation with 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA/PGDCA) OR 10+2 with ITI/Diploma in IT.
  • For Stenographer Grade-III:
    • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
    • English Shorthand speed of 80 WPM and Typing speed of 40 WPM (or local language Shorthand 60 WPM / Typing 30 WPM).
  • For Process Server:
    • Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized Board of School Education.
  • For Driver:
    • Passed 10th Class (Matriculation) from a recognized Board.
    • Possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
  • For Peon / Orderly / Chowkidar / Safai Karamchari:
    • Passed 10th Class (Matriculation) from a recognized Board.

Age Limit Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the age requirement calculated as of January 01, 2026:

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 45 Years (Unreserved / General)
    • Note: Upper age relaxations apply per state government rules (5 years for SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates).

Selection Process

The evaluation procedure for shortlisting candidates involves the following evaluation rounds:

  1. Written Screening Test: Multiple Choice Questions evaluating General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Reasoning, Basic Mathematics, English, and Computer Fundamentals.
  2. Skill / Trade / Typing Test: Typing test for Clerks/JOAs, Shorthand test for Stenographers, and Practical Driving test for Drivers.
  3. Physical / Endurance Test: For Process Server and Peon/Chowkidar roles (if applicable).
  4. Document Verification & Viva-Voce: Verification of original academic certificates and final interview round.

  • Upload Scanned Files: Upload clear scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph, signature, 10th mark sheet (age proof), Graduation degree certificate, and category proof.
