Salary Structure
- Initial 5 Years: Fixed consolidated pay of ₹26,000/- per month.
- Post-Probation: Regular pay scale regularized between ₹15,700 – ₹50,000/- per month with applicable state allowances.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class 12 (10+2 Standard) or its equivalent from a recognized school board.
- Mandatory Professional Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Conductor License and Badge issued by the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
- Basic computer proficiency certificate/diploma (or computer studied as a core subject in Class 10/12).
- Age Limit (As of July 5, 2026):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years for General/Unreserved male applicants.
- Relaxed upper limits apply up to 40 years for general females/reserved category males, and up to 45 years for reserved category females, PwD, and Ex-Servicemen.

- Written Examination (OMR-Based MCQs): A 100-mark objective exam spanning a 2-hour timeline. A negative marking penalty of 0.25 marks applies for incorrect choices.
