Educational Qualifications
Librarian:
- Graduation Degree along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science; OR
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a Library Attendant or in a higher post in the related field.
Peon:
- Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized Board.
Mali:
- Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized Board.
- Minimum 3 years of gardening experience.
Cook-cum-Attendant:
- Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized Board.
- Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a Government undertaking or reputed hotel.
Age Limit Criteria (As on 01.01.2026)
- Unreserved (UR) & EWS Candidates: 18 to 45 Years
- Reserved Categories & Government Employees: 18 to 50 Years
- Age Relaxations: Up to 5 years’ upper-age relaxation is admissible to eligible SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates where the post is reserved for that category.
Selection Process
For Librarian (Group C):
Competitive Written Test.
Final merit list prepared strictly based on marks obtained in the written examination.
For Group D Posts (Peon, Mali, Cook-cum-Attendant):
Shortlisting of candidates in a 1:3 ratio based on qualifying marks scored in Matriculation.
Evaluation Scheme (Total: 100 Marks):
Matriculation Merit: 85 Marks
Document / Socio-Economic Evaluation: 15 Marks (awarded on parameters such as backward area status, landless family, non-employment certificate, disability, NSS/NCC/sports achievements, BPL certificate, etc.)
