- Young Professional-II (YP-II): Fixed Consolidated Remuneration of ₹42,000/- per month (No HRA is admissible under revised guidelines).
- Young Professional-I (YP-I): Fixed Consolidated Remuneration of ₹30,000/- per month (No HRA admissible).
- Field Assistant (Varying Project Pay Matrices): Fixed Consolidated Remuneration ranging from ₹15,000/- to ₹22,500/- per month (Certain project tracks provide an incremental structural adjustment of up to 10% in the third year of execution).
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational & Professional Qualifications:
- Young Professional-II: Must possess a First-Class Master’s Degree (M.Sc. / MTech) in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Genetics, Agricultural Chemistry, Soil Science, Environmental Sciences, or Biotechnology from a recognized university. Preferred: Prior experience in agricultural field layout management, crop selection processing, data digitization, or analytical instrument operations (like GC, GC-MS, or Spectrophotometers).
- Young Professional-I: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Botany, or Life Sciences). Preferred: Practical exposure to vegetation surveys, plant data compilation, and basic GIS mapping tool setups.
- Field Assistant: Class 10 (Matriculation) pass or Class 12 (Intermediate) pass, depending on the specific project trade lines. Candidates must have basic field experience in agriculture, crop tagging, soil sampling processing, or baseline spreadsheet data entry.
- Age Limit (Determined as of the application cut-off dates):
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 to 45 Years (Varies based on post categories and individual division circular mandates).
