Educational Qualification

The educational qualifications vary according to the post.

Senior Personal Assistant

  1. Graduate degree from a recognised university.
  2. Shorthand speed of 110 words per minute.
  3. Typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Personal Assistant

  1. Graduate degree from a recognised university.
  2. Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute.
  3. Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  4. Knowledge of computer operation.

Junior Judicial Assistant

  1. Graduate degree from a recognised university.
  2. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute on a computer.

Process Server

  1. Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognised board, or Higher Secondary qualification.
  2. Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence.
  3. At least two years of unblemished driving experience.

Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon

  1. Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognised board.
  2. Candidates must meet the prescribed educational and technical requirements by the closing date of the application.

Age Limit

The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 27 years as of 1 June 2026.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
  • OBC Candidates: 3 Years
  • PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 Years
  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
  • PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
  • Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation as per the applicable rules.

Salary

The pay scales vary according to the post.

  • Senior Personal Assistant: ₹9,300–₹34,800 with Grade Pay of ₹4,800

Selection Process
