Educational Qualification:
- Store Keeper-cum-Accountant: Post Graduate degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance, along with essential computer proficiency.
- House Mother: Graduate degree in Science, Social Science, or Home Science.
- Paramedical Staff: Passed the Compounder/ANM/Pharmacist diploma course from an institute recognised by the Government of India.
- Art & Craft-cum-Music Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Art & Craft.
- Part-Time Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Trained Science graduates with a background in Mathematics/Science are preferred).
- Data Entry Operator: Graduation in any stream with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA).
- Helper-cum-Night Watchman: Under Matriculation (Passed Class 8th to 10th Standard). Candidates holding higher qualifications are ineligible.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (As of January 1, 2026).
Residential Obligation: Candidates applying for the roles of House Mother and Helper-cum-Watchman must provide an undertaking expressing willingness to live on-site at the Ashram campus 24/7.

Selection Process
- Academic Merit List: Initial shortlisting is determined entirely by career marking weightage scores (from Class 10th to Graduation/Post-Graduation profiles).
- Interview & Practical Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification alongside a personal interview (which may feature a written or computer aptitude skill trial based on the trade profile).

- Prepare all necessary self-attested document copies, including educational certificates, marksheets, a valid character certificate from a Gazetted Officer, proof of past institutional work experience, and a recent passport-size photograph.
