Educational Qualification

Graduate Apprentice
Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks.
COPA Apprentice
Matriculation/Class 10 pass.
ITI certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) affiliated with NCVT or SCVT.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the prescribed qualification.

The required qualifications must have been obtained by 9 October 2026. Candidates whose final results were not declared by that date may not be eligible.

Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as follows:

Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300 per month
COPA Apprentice: ₹9,600 per month

The apprenticeship training period will be 12 months. Completion of training does not guarantee regular employment with IRCTC.

Application Fee

Selection Process
