Key Positions: Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Forest Guard, Driver (Light & Heavy Motor Vehicle), Janjati Sevak, Draughtsman Grade-III, Surveyor, Lineman, Cook, and Laboratory Attendant.
Pay Scale: Generally ranges between Pay Level 1 to Pay Level 5 (₹18,000 – ₹29,200/- per month base pay plus applicable island allowances) depending on the post code.
Educational Qualification: Secondary School Examination (10th Standard Pass) from a recognized board. Specific post codes (like Driver or Draughtsman) require additional professional certifications like a valid Driving License, ITI Trade Certificate, or Diploma.
Age Limit (As on June 28, 2026):
- Group C Male Candidates: 18 to 33 years
- Group C Female Candidates: 18 to 38 years
- Group B (Non-Gazetted) Posts: 18 to 30 years
- Standard upper age relaxations apply for reserved categories (e.g., up to 35 years for ST and 36 years for OBC males).

- Tier I – Written Examination: A Tablet-Based Test (TBT) featuring 150 objective-type questions across 120 minutes.
- General English: 50 Questions (50 Marks)
- General Awareness: 50 Questions (50 Marks)
- General Intelligence & Reasoning: 25 Questions (25 Marks)
- Numerical Aptitude: 25 Questions (25 Marks)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer.
- Tier II – Skill / Trade / Physical Test: Qualifying trials (such as driving tests, physical endurance, or typing test runs) applicable only to specific post codes.
- Document Verification & Medical Examination.

- On or after June 8, locate the application banner for the “Combined Matric Level Examination 2026”.
- Complete your primary profile registration to secure login credentials.
- Fill in personal matrices, choose your target post codes, and list exam center location preferences (available across South Andaman, Nicobar, and North & Middle Andaman districts).
- Upload clear scanned segments of your passport-size photo, signature, 10th marks card, and category credentials.
- Pay the registration processing fee of ₹100 online (if applicable) and submit your form. Keep a printout of the generated acknowledgement page.
