Eligibility Criteria
- Educational & Professional Qualifications:
- Junior Clerk / Cashier: Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or equivalent along with a Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC). Alternatively, a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree with Co-operation specialty, or any standard University Degree augmented by a Higher Diploma in Co-operation (HDC / HDC&BM / HDCM). A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Co-operation & Banking is also accepted.
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, paired with a valid data entry competency certificate from a government-approved technical training institute.
- System Administrator: Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Essential system administration background profiles are preferred.
- Typist: SSLC pass with standard technical typewriting qualification certifications (English & Regional Language lower grades).
- Assistant Secretary & Secretary: Graduation/Post-Graduation profiles with mandatory institutional co-operative banking management diplomas and required matching years of senior banking service experience.
- Age Limit (As of the application window cycle):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years for General / Unreserved candidates.
- Upper Age Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST and Widows, 3 years for OBC/EBC, and up to 10 years for Differently Abled Persons.

Selection Process
- Written Examination (OMR-Based / Online Test): A technical written assessment carrying 80 Marks testing quantitative aptitude, general intelligence, regional language grammar, banking awareness, and co-operative accounting laws.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted merit candidates who pass the written exam thresholds will be called for a viva-voce round worth a maximum of 15 Marks.
- Final Rank Listing: Selected candidates are cross-matched to individual banking institutional scoreboards for final appointment order validation.
