Trade-Wise Vacancy Structure

Monthly Remuneration: Selected apprentices receive a monthly consolidated training stipend throughout the training duration, determined strictly in accordance with the statutory guidelines of the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:
- Book Binder: Must have passed Standard 9 (Class IX) from a recognized school board.
- Offset Machine Minder: Must have passed Standard 10 (Class X / Matriculation) from a recognized board with science as a core subject.
Age Limit (Evaluated as of July 31, 2026):
- Minimum Age: 14 Years
- Relaxation Rule: ITI-passed candidates applying for the Book Binder trade qualify for a 1-year upper age limit relaxation.

How to Apply

Step 1 (Mandatory Online Registration): Navigate directly to the official National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) centralized portal: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Create your candidate profile, upload basic credentials, and note down your unique Candidate Registration Number.
Download the official recruitment notice to access the standard application format proforma.
Print the proforma sheet onto plain white paper and populate all fields cleanly using a blue or black pen. Ensure you explicitly write your NAPS Registration Number in the requested field.
Collate copies of your support documentation:
- Standard 9 or Standard 10 marksheets and passing school certificates.
- School Leaving Certificate / Birth Certificate (serving as valid age verification).
- ITI Trade Certificate (if applying for age relaxations under the Book Binder trade).
