Salary Structure
- Pay Scale: Level-3 Pay Matrix (Base Pay of ₹19,900 – ₹63,200/- per month) plus standard government allowances, dearness relief, house rent allocations, and comprehensive medical insurance benefits.
- Note: Selected candidates will receive a fixed consolidated minimum basic pay (~₹19,900) during their mandatory 3-year initial probation tenure before regular incremental variables are fully activated.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational & Language Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), or an equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Mandatory Language Condition: Candidates must have studied and passed the Regional State Language as a compulsory or elective subject at the Matriculation (Class 10th) level or its equivalent examination.
- Computer Literacy: Must possess basic proficiency in computer operations, MS Office packages, email processing, and data spreadsheet management.
- Age Limit (As of January 1, 2026):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 47 Years for General / Unreserved category applicants.

Selection Process
The evaluation process requires clearing a multi-tier screening framework designed to test core competence and clerical alignment:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): An objective screening examination carrying 100 Marks spanning a 2-hour layout.
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 50 Marks
- English Composition, Vocabulary & Grammar: 50 Marks
- Negative Marking: A penalty deduction of 0.25 marks applies for each wrong answer selection.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Shortlisted candidates from the CBT merit list will be called for a dual-part practical qualification phase:
- Part I (Word Processing / Typing Test): Must clear an English typing benchmark speed of 30 words per minute with high accuracy metrics.
- Part II (Spreadsheet Test): A 10-mark practical test on MS Excel applications requiring a minimum 40% score to qualify.
