Education Qualification:

Matriculation Level Posts: Minimum qualification – Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent.
Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Posts: Minimum qualification – 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
Graduation & Above Level Posts: Minimum qualification – Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) or higher.

Application Fee:

For General / OBC Candidates: Application fee – Rs. 100
Women Candidates: No fee required (exempted)
SC / ST Candidates: No fee required (exempted)
PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): No fee required (exempted)
Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation: No fee required (exempted)

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Candidate Selection Process:

Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Examination (CBE) with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions
Separate Exams: Different CBE for Matriculation, 10+2, and Graduation & above levels
Exam Pattern: 100 questions total

General Intelligence – 25 questions
General Awareness – 25 questions
Quantitative Aptitude – 25 questions
English Language – 25 questions

Duration: 60 minutes (80 minutes for candidates using scribes)
Negative Marking: 0.50 marks deducted for each wrong answer
Skill Tests: Conducted where required, qualifying in nature only
Document Verification: Done by user departments after the CBE
