Post-Wise Eligibility Benchmarks
- Registrar & Court Cadres (Joint/Deputy/Assistant Registrar & Court Officer): Must hold a Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university along with corresponding regular service milestones in analogous posts or immediate feeder grades.
- Senior Legal Assistant: Degree in Law alongside a minimum of three years of experience in handling legal/court matter rows.
- Programmer: Must possess a full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or an MCA degree.
- Private Secretary / Stenographer: Graduate degree with mandatory stenography skill thresholds (Shorthand script execution between 100 to 110 wpm).
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC) / Assistant / Cashier: Holding analogous posts regularly or matching the required years of continuous service in parent cadres.
- Staff Car Driver: Passed Class 10 (Matriculation) standard + holds a valid civilian driving license for motor cars + possesses basic knowledge of motor mechanisms + a minimum of 3 years of practical driving experience log records.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit must not exceed 56 Years as on the final closing date for receipt of application portfolios.

Selection Process
The filtering system skips conventional competitive written exams completely:
- Application Scrutiny & Clearance: Initial evaluation of application folders sent via proper institutional channels.
- Dossier & APAR Evaluation: The selection committee evaluates applicants based on their Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the preceding 5 consecutive working years, along with clean vigilance record certificates provided by their parent departments.
How to Apply
- Visit the official online portal of the tribunal: nclt.gov.in and download the recruitment notice enclosing the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-II).
- Print the form and fill in your details, detailing past cadre tenures, parent scales, and qualifications.
- Collate self-attested copies of your academic certificates and attach them to the form.
- Hand the folder over to your Employer / Head of Office / Cadre Controlling Forwarding Authority.
- Your employer must verify the details, complete the certificate section of the proforma, and enclose your attested APAR copies for the last 5 years, a clean Vigilance Clearance Certificate, and an Integrity Certificate.
- The forwarding authority must dispatch the complete verified envelope to the Secretary, National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, so that it physically arrives before the 20 July 2026 closing cutoff.
