Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit is 42 years as on the notification date.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC / ST / BC / EWS, 3 years for Ex-servicemen, and 10 years for Physically Challenged persons (Maximum age with all relaxations cannot exceed 52 years).
Application Fee:
- General / OBC / BC / EWS Candidates: ₹300/-
- SC / ST Candidates: ₹100/-
- Physically Challenged Candidates: Nil (Exempted)
Selection Process:
The selection will be based strictly on a Merit-cum-Reservation system evaluated on the following grounds:
- Aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying academic examination (75 Marks weightage).
- Weightage for relevant work experience in government, contract, or outsourced service.
- Weightage based on the number of years passed since completing the qualifying exam.
Documents required during application:
- Filled application form in the prescribed format.
- Self-attested copies of Educational Marksheets and Certificates (8th / Graduate / MBBS).
- Registration Certificate (for Doctor post).
- Experience Certificates clearly proving tenure.
- Valid Identity Proof ([Aadhaar Redacted] / Voter ID / PAN Card).
- Domicile/Residence certificate.
- Caste / Category Certificate (if claiming fee concession or age relaxation).
- Two recent passport-size colour photographs.

• Locate the notice/recruitment section and download the application form format corresponding to Advertisement No. 01/2026.
• Fill out the fields accurately by hand in block letters.
• Put your signature and paste your self-attested passport-size photograph in the specified space.
• Enclose all self-attested supporting documents inside a sealed envelope.
• Clearly write “Application for the post of [Insert Post Name] at GGH Machilipatnam” across the top of the envelope.
