Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent from a recognized school board.
  • Essential Experience Prerequisites:
    • Minimum 20 years of continuous service in Central Government, State Government, or associated departments.
    • Mandatory experience working within a State Revenue Department.
    • Sound functional experience handling land acquisition activities as per the RFCTLARR Act, 2013, alongside verifying village-wise revenue records and Khasra maps.
  • Retirement Scale Criteria: Superannuated in the CDA scale of ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Pay Level-4) or above, or matching equivalent IDA scales.
